Great route if you're at McNellies.  

I understand the desire to link up with parking lots, but if they want to help downtown businesses (other than parking lot owners, of course) there should be a route that connects with Brady, and hits the night spots.

Perhaps a different colored shuttle could swing up and around the Brady district.  Or there could be a gray shuttle that takes you to parking lots, and a colorful shuttle that runs by night spots.

(Who's paying for the shuttle, by the way?)

If you ignore the fact that the shuttle can be an economic development tool for downtown establishments, you're missing the point.  (Wasn't the purpose of the arena to help spur economic development downtown?)  How does it help downtown if everyone parks in the middle of nowhere, takes the shuttle to and from the arena, and then leaves?

Imagine a different scenario where shuttles stop near existing nightlife. (Not just McNellies...but the Brady and even South Boston areas).  Now people have an excuse to drop in and have dinner or a drink before/after the show.  (Which you can't really do at 4th and Cincinnati or 2nd and Main.)

Maybe this is just a test run...and "they" will fine-tune the process over time.

Or maybe the T-Town Trolley will supplement this route with a "Nightlife Route?"

Street Fleet explained

If you look closely at the map, the route is designed to link the majority of the parking in the CBD. It gets within a block or so of:

They're letting people off at 3rd & Cincinnati. The map doesn't show it as a "stop", only the places along the route where people can catch the trolley to get to the arena.
