Does anyone know what's going on at the site?  I see cars parked there, but never actually see anyone working on site; and not much (if any) visible progress has occurred over the past several weeks.   Perhaps I just happen to drive by during their breaks; and perhaps they are just at a stage of the work that is not very visible.  Anyone know?
