Someone pleaded guilty to something and got a 2 year deferred sentence and was ordered to pay $40 and some court costs.  There is no transcript of the proceedings.
Don't know what the reference to CT1 is.

A more nagging question is when will newspapers stop reporting that a jury found a defendant "innocent" after an acquital.

Ahh thanks.

The reason I ask is that I received an email last night with a link to OSCN and this case which was about someone I work with. Thought it was very odd....
