Sooooo our peacenik friends can be arrested for breaking the law only to be exonerated after the arresting ossifers refuse to appear to press their case?  Sounds like a case of false arrest and imprisonment.  How dare these civil servants refuse to do their jobs!  They should have flat-out refused their orders in the first place and have Jim and Dick remove the protesters if they were concerned . . .

In another case of our legal system foiling justice, who was that judge who let the wife-beating husband out of prison after serving one year of a five-year sentence?  Again, why have we allowed rogue, singular agents of our 'justice' system to foil the intentions of the law?  What was that judge's name and who does he answer to?
