I know this is old news (Tapp to Add 326,000 SF to SW Tulsa Retail Scene), but I just found out what demands in terms of tax incentives and such they hosed Gpool for? Wanna know? NONE! Just some water lines!

Amazing!  No strong-arming or begging, no hosing of the taxpayers, no gimmes.
