Saw her a few times on the news today.

Will she really have a chance in court over this?

I would seriously doubt that she has much to go on.  The mall is a public place so one would assume, you could be videotaped at anytime.

she might try to go after them on the fact that they didn't come to assist her when it happened, but then should would have to prove that someone was watching the monitor at the time of the incident.

I'm sure she'll find some lawyer to take the case, but I doubt she will win anything.

Here's an interview of this person.

And another with her lawyer present.

Now if she was burned by coffee I could refer her to this man.

Thats so sad that she has chosen to react that way.  If it had been me, I would have been the one laughing loudest. And what a story to tell your friends. "Look! I am on YouTube!" and knowing my friends every time from now on that any one of them is with me they would be "warning me" about impending fountain danger lol.  Oh NO! Look out! there is a fountain over there! Better steer him away from it. lol

I just don't get what she is upset about? She wasn't hurt, and btw, she got right up and out of it and there wasnt time for a security guard to help her out. Heck, if anything I would have been worried that I would have gotten in trouble and thrown out of the mall for being in the fountain lol.

I agree with The Artist. That is exactly what I would have done. I would probably have even enjoyed all the attention. Sadly, this woman has blown this whole ordeal WAAAY out of proportions.
