Just drove by and Full Moon is already moving in. I have never been to The Full Moon Cafe. Can somebody tell me if it's a restaurant or a Bar/Club?

Over the decades they've been a Restaurant with a heavy bar presence and can have loud bands later on weekend nights.  The remaining Full Moon has a different owner than when there were 3 of them.

If it's the same as the one on 15th, then it's a good bet it is.

Restaurant primarily.  The one on Cherry St. has live music several nights a week so it becomes more of a bar later in the evening.  I don't recall what time it usually starts, around 9, I think.

Not quite the same area, but close...

Saw a sign for "in the Raw" coming soon to downtown BA.

Note "decades".  Plural.  More than one decade.
