I've lived in this neighborhood for about three years now, and absolutely love it.  But I've always wondered why I've never heard about getting HP overlay for the area?  Was there a previous effort I just don't know about?  I guess my feelings are mixed on it, as I"m not sure I would want to have to live under such strict rules, but at the same time, if I see one more house ruined with vinyl slider windows that don't even come close to matching the existing (triple casement replaced by one big picture window), or an addition that does not match the existing house at all (huge overhangs with fat facia boards), I'm not sure I'll be able to maintain my sanity.[xx(]
