I notice that my PSO bills go to Pittsburg, PA and my ONG bills go to Kansas City, MO. I know that PSO is actually AEP but what about ONG?  I have also noticed that my BTC (Bixby Telephone Company) checks go to Norman, OK.  They should rename themselves accordingly.
