Might make sense with their 81st & Lewis store being pretty old by Wal-Mart standards.

That's pretty close to Sam's Club.  Getting away from 81st & Lewis may be a goal though.

If true I wonder how Oral Roberts will feel about having a new LifeChurch TV across from their campus? There are only so many dollars souls to go around you know.

The real question is who/what is going to buy the land directly south of there.....the southwest corner.

Or is that the spot that is going to be an apartment complex?

The NW corner I'm pretty sure will be a Neighborhood Market.   The SW corner is an apartment complex
