Something that drivers in Tulsa don't know how to react to. Pedestrians are not sport.

Yeah, I know. Love hearing from friends that drive in the civilized world and are upset when pedestrians beat the hood or door of the car they are driving, because they have no concept of "Pedestrian Has The Right Of Way".

Especially those who convince themselves they can just walk out onto a street or expressway, and be clearly seen just because there is a bright streetlight.

Cannot stand people walking out of stores diagonally (not directly) across the street.
