The refiner Sunoco said Thursday it would spend $275 million over eight years to cut emissions of sulfur dioxides and nitrogen oxides by about 78%.


From Neswday (AP)

Sunoco's affected refineries are in Philadelphia and Marcus Hook, Pa.; Toledo, Ohio; and Tulsa, Okla.
