Commission Recommends City Hire Firm To Study Development Fees

"...Johnson points to Tulsa and its impact fees as an example.

"If Springdale were to pass a straight impact fee, the immediate effect won't be felt, but the long-term impact will be," Johnson said. "You'll see areas around Springdale grow. Look at Tulsa. Jenks and Broken Arrow are both growing, but Tulsa proper isn't."..."
