I'm not an NHL fan...don't know anyone who is.  I don't really care if the NHL exists at all...however...this lockout might offer up some opportunities for Tulsa.

Giuliani looks at the possibility of creating a new Hockey League.  IF...the NHL manages to survive using replacements...another league could take advantage of a glut of professional players.  And that league would likely look to non-NHL markets to provide the backbone of the league.

Sort of like USFL...back in the good ole' days.
