The administration of Rogers State University in Claremore has announced that the school will soon be affiliated with the NAIA and will have baseball, softball, and basketball teams. These teams do not yet have a "mascot."

Each year RSU holds something called a "Rabbit Camp" for freshmen.  Here's a quote from the RSU website:

RSU’s predecessor institution – the Oklahoma Military Academy – referred to their first-year cadets as Rabbits. Our orientation session is named “Rabbit Camp” as an homage to that tradition.

So, to me, it's obvious:

Call them the RSU Rabbits!
