The YP-Tulsa group has posted some images of their Frankfort Square development. It really doesn’t give much more detail than what has been released before but there are some interesting tid-bits. How serious is this proposed development? I guess I’m skeptical after Desco bowed out.

The image gives a location for the “Grand Central Library” as 3rd and Elgin, does anyone know if that really is the location that the library is considering now? I would agree that is a much better location.

It also give a location of a “proposed urban market” at 7th and Elgin.
