I cannot blame TPS for trying for more money.  I hope it doesn't bite them in the long run.

I think TU will ultimately end up with this property.  If not I would like to see it remain a school.

Pentaverate. Cool.

Cool word usage.  But I have to interject.  if you are allergic to nerds, you might not want to look.  Pente, or Πέντε, is greek, not latin.  It seems that you are trying to reference the Roman Triumvirates (either first or second) and their unlawful power over the state.  The latin word for five (as seen in the greek Πέντε) is quinque.  The word you are looking for is quinquevirate.  You may all now commence my hallway wedgies for devoting myself to classics.

If there is such a thing as classics trolling, I just did it.  I'm sorry.  I can't help myself.  I'm going to meetings.

Yeah, I looked it up after I posted.  HEED!  I'm not sure which one is more obscure though...

None the less, I love the way this school looks.  I would be great if it could remain a school.  Maybe a school of latin and greek...

While I'm at it, I might as well with for a pony....

I can see where the Wilson property is too high for them if TU simply wants the dirt and not the improvements on that dirt.  Someone call Paula Marshall...
