Does the TulsaNow Forum really matter?
I was just made a ware that our TulsaNow Forum discussion
"Better Streetlights For Tulsa"
was extensively researched in the making of the "Kern County California Zoning Ordinance Revisions", which was impressive in not only do we not really have an official P&Z department, but lil'ol' Tulsa is influencing California towns like Bakersfield, etc..
Usually works the other way around.
I think a lot of that had to do with the quality of the discussion, i.e, intelligent questions from people sincere about community planning (as opposed to anonymous rants you get on random forums like Topix.)
Anyway, welcome to TulsaNow West Coasters!
