Do they serve Tea in our off-shore detaining camp like we have in Cuba? The participates in the original "Tea Party" dressed  as Indians but now the present day Indians are far to busy counting  the mula from the former  ancestors of the "Tee Party", that are collecting like taxes on preprogrammed machines that favor the house.  The house always win.

If  the present president can associate and the British can associate stimulus with Tea we due to have a National Tea party.  We have  lasted our republic democratic system in a world of constant changes. We have installed the greatest killing machine ever devised on this planet.   We are the greater debtor to the world and our unborn grand children.  No one wants to reduce it our population.   I tried dividing 10.7 trillion by 360 million and my slide rule came apart, then fed the figures into my Monroe computer and it came up with zeros.

When we look at a world map laid out flat we can see we are a very small nation among the land area and hind sight of many nations that is programming today our future.  Most of these nations are in the ashes toddy because of greed and debts they encountered trying to control the world but instead they lie in an early grave because of greedy people that place their personal ambitions out as a runner to the needs of the society they want to control.

From the ground level you are watching the rise  and fall of the American Empire,   What do you want added into your tea?  Don't you think the third tea party has began?
Today we stand in ecstasy and view that we build today'
Tomorrow we will enter into the plea to have it torn away.

This should be in the National Thread chain....actually, it doesn't qualify of much of a thread because the empire started cracking up in 2002 with the entrance of the Roman Busheviks. Besides, looks like the author is crocked.

Shadows is lookin' like he been into something ... glue? Bad day at the casinos?

Operator error...
Get a circular slide rule.  They don't come apart. They just go round and round until you line up the proper digits.  I still have one, somewhere.

Some times we forget that all politics start at the voting polls whether local, state national or playing politics with world governments. We would like to dwell on one subject, one vote.  All politics fall in one category.  That is apathy where we celebrates our own empire before we pass it on to another empire builder.  Today we stand in esteem and view what we build today; tomorrow we will enter in the plea to have it torn away.

I don't have a round slide rule but the local Politian's through fed's seem to have a drawer full because after the circle it come up at the top it reads "Throw some more money at the problem.".

Like the 911shortage the only thing we need to do it give them a sustainable wage increase and add it on the water bill.

I can't tell if that's sarcasm or not.  If not, why is a 911 tax being put on a water bill?  And I thought they had a current budget shortage, how would a wage hike help that?

While we are talking about, have you ever been to the communications bunker?  They have a feng shui garden in the interior courtyard.  The place is brand new and damn nice.  But I hate 10 codes.  What's the point.

CF:  The good Lord has programmed the citizens of Tulsa op-in through the council whereas only those with wages derived from government sources are the only underpaid paid workers.  Was it only a short time age we went through this 911 and EMSA (close brotherhood) as they take their turns claiming how underpaid they are.  Our greatest error was when we changed the charter we also didn't set the parameters for a closely guarded wage scale.  The Federal government sets such bottom line on wages to be paid on government contracts. (Bacon; Davis Act)  It was the founding fathers who set the price they would pay and any one applying knew what they would be paid for the services they would perform.

Our city employment is as transparent as the 16 foot wide wall of the temple of David.  The TW has a program on internet that you can name the person and under the FOI act can get the information as to their encouraged perforamce This pay scale would encourage the employees to perform efficiently the work in qestion.  If we institute a procedure to open the city jobs on a bid bases every four years we would be surprised how much we could reduced the budget.  This  procedure is used by charter to select elective officials.

The new procedure on giving them all a raise who are underpaid is a new deal of the new president.  It is called stimulus payments that will trickle down from resurfacing IDL loop to the aging citizens and one parent families who cannot pay their utility bills.   It is time to reevaluate the American way and rethink our stupidity.

RM: Thank you for your contribution to the SS act.  I did get that raise in January.  It increased my check $2. Dollars and my increase to the utilites was $26.67.   Please don't give me any more raises.

God cannot save America.   He isn't interested, only the absent voters who don't vote can..

Why you calling me out on this thread?

I had nothing to do with your social security check nor your utility rate increase.

I know you have had it in for my family for over thirty years, but I made a new year's resolution to be nice to crazy people and have avoided responding to your "thoughts".
Power is nothing till you use it.

I'm sorry.  Maybe it's because I have been drinking, or maybe not enough.  But I'm still confused.  Are you arguing that government workers are paid too much, or not enough.  I'm leaning towards the translation that they are overpaid whiners, but I'm not entirely sure.

Again, your attempts to be cryptic, clever, whatever just tend to cloud the message.

I think you meant:

People in Tulsa think government workers are underpaid.  Not long ago EMSA and 911 whined about how underpaid they were.  We screwed up when we changed the city charter and didn't set parameter for governmental wage scales. The Feds set a bottom line on governmental contracts for contractor wages.  The founding fathers paid people on merit for the services performed.

Also, is RM in the Social Security Administration or on the Utility Commissioners board?  I thought he ran the MET, which is recycling.  Which is neither of those things you complained about.

I'm confused again.  I need more beer.

Best guess.  Let me know if I got it right.

I think this all started when King David's muskrat entered the federally subsidized mines of Soloman to build the toilet pond with a view of the city. When future generations redeem the coupons of bitter fate they will thank the forefathers for their virtuosity.

One of the better Shadows translations I've ever read.  Bravo!

It's a true story. RM was there (he was the contractor) and he can tell you more about it.

So, was this a composting toilet pond then?

Could you phrase this in the form of a haiku?
Thanks in advance.
