The big glass wall on the south side of the BOK Center is now lit up. It changes between a bunch of bright colors.

The Bryce Building...

Walter P Bryce... Made his money in Insurance I believe.

That building is just lacking a few gargoyles to be complete. [}:)]

Do they still call it The Littlefield Building? Littlefield moved across the street. Curious.

I've always thought they did a great job of transforming an ugly building into something nice.  Not so sure about the "vegas thing"...but, hey, there's so much empty parking space down in that area, it's not like it's going to bother the neighbors.  (Gives the folks at the Ambassador something to watch, I guess.)

Might look better if the changes were less abrupt.
Reminds me of a low-end animated Christmas light string (and im willing to bet some of their programming violates the sign ordinance).

reminds me of Frank Gehry's Boston 1989 renovation of
https://www.google.com/search?q="360+newbury"
which also "took a blandly forgettable building and transformed it into a monument...," and which likewise occupies a freewayfront ledge site, but I think ours is not reducible to freeway architecture.

Gehry completely renovated theirs to condos in 2005.

I dunno what building that could be, but I understand the BOK  Center was lit up like a Christmas Tree when Cher was there.
