Three questions about development along this stretch of road

1.  there are some large piles of crushed rock and some equipment that have appeared to the southeast of the drug store at 41st and Harvard.  Anyone know what is going on there?

2.  further down the road at 44th or 45th on the west side of Harvard there is some grading work being done.  Same question as above.

3.  Anyone know if QT is planning anything for the large open lot on the NW corner of Harvard and I-44?

Thanks for any meaningful responses.

The 41st & Harvard intersection itself is also scheduled to be redone.  Says Winter 2012 start - Spring 2013 complete on the Fix our Streets site.
