The democrat party is offensive!
Bunch of homosexual/pot smoking/tax & spend/global warming hoax/baby killers, robbing the future of our children, and giving this country away to Mexico.

Don't sugar coat it, give it to us straight. Also, before of the forum cop who loves to troll. It can be a little creepy sometimes.

Ha!  This coming from an internet stalker!  Thanks for the laugh.

AquaMan agrees with big brother. He thinks I should be I'm guilty of thought crimes.

No sir, I was not there long enough to express any political views.
Besides, there was no time for that, working 12-16 hour days, seven days per week.

I have never met you in real life, so I don't know your true personality, but if you act like you are on here then you are going to have a hard time solving your problem. I agree that you were (allegedly) treated unfairly, but you must be able to work with people in order to fix the situation.

If I were you I'd stop insulting others by insinuating that they are not hard working. You are gaining no sympathy.

Dead you say!

Actually, it is a bit dead lately.  There are some legit reasons for that:

1) outside of the political season
2) dead zone for sports
3) no great scandals as of late
4) developments are not announced this time of year
5) I've been busy.  Smiley

[edit] 11 active threads a day isn't exactly "dead" anyway. . . [/edit]

Be careful what you wish for.  (And don't end sentences with prepositions?)

It's been an informative thread.  I've learned that I'm very likely a socialist-communist-homosexualist with close ties to Mexico.  (And in another aside, do any of our tea bagger brethren know the difference between socialists and communists, or are these merely Big Scary Words they've heard endlessly in the right wing echo chamber?)

There's more, but I gotta go.  It's time to report to work and sit at a bench doing 'nothing' all day long.  Surprisingly enough, if I keep this up for a few more years, they'll give me money to stay home.

We are not giving the country away to Mexico. We are trading it for their quality drugs.

You lucky dog.  I have to save for my own retirement.  I have been looking for several jobs which would pay me to not show up.  None of them would need to pay really well if I could find enough of them.

Never been to my office then.  I've been around your type; holier than thou attitude.  No wonder you're having such a rough time, because you think you're entitled.

Hey, I thought that was a Democratic trait?

I'm done with you now.  After reading your screed on your FB page (which, BTW, you might think about not serving up all your status updates as 'Global'...which means everyone in the FB world can see it..unless that's you how you roll) I not only need to do the rest of my laundry, I might need a capful of mental bleach.

Have a nice life.

Wow, what a horrible way to start a week.  Agreeing with Hoss.

After retirement, I'm thinking about running for office, say a nice US House or Senate job.  It's part time at best and comes with good benefits.  On the other hand, I'm not hypocritical enough for those jobs and I'd probably be more respectable as a pimp, drug dealer, or ambulance chasing attorney.

Don't be so hard on yourself.

That's why I put that there - I can NOT believe that it took SO LONG for you to jump in on that!!

Site is dead because it's generally much more liberal than the average Tulsa resident. Runs a lot of people away. I only stop in a few times a year to see if the site has become more civil. It hasn't.
Ironically, my first and probably past post.

Good point.

I didn't think we were that liberal. Nice to know that we are.

Sorry. I go to go. I am tearing up with joy.

I'm sorry to hear that. I wish more people would step off the porch and join in on whats being said and done in their community.
Yes at first I also thought some of the posters on here were a little abrasive. After a while you get to understand where each one comes from on their opinion and I have learned not to be so sensitive to negative replies.
The best I can do is try and induce some humor when possible. I'm not always effective with it, but at least I try.
I like this forum, and the guy's and gal's who choose to join in. I have learned quite a bit about Tulsa and the State in general from the people on here.
