I received a flyer on this in the mail advertising the space.  In addition to the side attached below the back side listed "Class A finish, plenty of free parking, shared conference room, full second floor available 2800 cf 9 offies, entire building 6600 sf, full service lease."

I have seen them working on it.  That corner is currently a let-down in an area that has been seeing many buildings revamped and many older home fixed up.  Same with the corner diagonally-opposite from the expressway (across from the old grocery store).  Really just a few gaps of sub-par and the area will be nice from the Courthouse to the river.  Glad to see it redone (and the faux spanish facade killed).

I think it would be easier to chase ambulances if you kept your mobile office.

But it's so tough to keep a permit for lights and a siren on a mobile office.
