Tulsa's version of "business as usual" doesn't seem to play well in Phoenix either.

Two cities are waging war over a QuikTrip gas station and convenience store that is going up in north Peoria...

...For more than two years, Peoria and QuikTrip have been put on clear notice that Glendale never will allow 75th Avenue access, Froke said...(and yet, they are trying to do it it anyway).

(My personal fave)..."I'll push my car 10 miles before I gas up there."
