I'm looking to rent a bigger place and while I'd like to remain in Florence Park not a lot has been popping up for rent lately. Driving around I noticed a nice neighborhood a bit north of TU off of Harvard--the main street was Waverly Dr.

Does anyone have any experience in that neighborhood? I tried the Tulsa World crime tracker but it didn't pull up anything for this Zip. It seems people at least on that street keep up their houses so I'm mostly concerned about safety.

Thanks!

It’s Always been a quiet area and I’m not aware of any serious crime issues that don’t exist in Renaissance or Florence Park like petty vandalism or the occasional car break-in.

A buddy of mine lived on Waverly until the early ’90’s.  He always enjoyed the ‘hood and had great neighbors.
