I've been stuck living in OKC for the summer and I've been bummed out about not being in Tulsa... So I kinda wrote a song.  It's not so nice to OKC but this is the deal: I'm not trying to start an argument about Tulsa v. OKC, I just wrote this because I thought it was funny.

Okay, so thinking about Margaret Cho's song "My Puss", I've come up with this song...  Do you have the song in your head yet? (If you don't know the song, click here to listen to it.)

Okay, now, everyone sing along:

Tulsa is full of class - OKC just smells like yo' a**.
Tulsa is so spectacular - OKC reminds me of Dracula.
Brookside is just so jumpin' - Crown Heights just don't have nothin'.
Tulsa has hills and trees - OKC is full of disease.
Tulsa has high-class art - OKC shops at K-Mart.
Tulsa has Utica Square - Penn Square just doesn't compare.
Tulsa is cosmopolitan - OKC is white trash suburban.
Cherry Street is so eclectic - Northwest 10th is so drugtastic.
Tulsa has a beautiful river - OKC dug one out and it's uglier.
Mid-Town has lots of mansions - Shartel scared off the Mansons.
Tulsa has the IDL - OKC's traffic is from Hell.
Tulsa is full of art deco - OKC is just a bunch of Legos.

Brookside, Mid-Town, Riverside, Blue Dome; Everybody cool calls Tulsa home.
The Pearl, East End, Southern Hills and Brady; Ain't no other city in the state so dandy.
Philbrook, Gilcrease, Woodward Park, Lake Yahola; Tulsa is the best in the State of Oklahoma.

Tulsa has the Golden Driller - OKC is full of serial killers.
Tulsa smells like a freesia - OKC is a mullet fantasia.
Tulsa's streets have numeric order - OKC'll get you lost at each corner.
Tulsa has a nice Big Splash - White Water Bay is so white trash.
Tulsa's river is full of ducks - OKC's just downright sucks.
Tulsa has world-class ballet - OKC is a truck stop on the highway.
Tulsa has natural beauty - OKC is just seedy and gaudy.
Tulsa has the state's best schools - OKC just wishes and drools.
Tulsa has Saks Fifth Avenue - OKC shops at Payless for their shoes.
Tulsa has clubs and hotspots - OKC has wrinkles and age spots.
Tulsa has public gardens - OKC is full of jail wardens.
Tulsa has glam and style - OKC is a rock in a pile.

Now I don't know if you would pass the judges in "America's Got Talent,"  but I appreciated the effort.  Made me chuckle with some of the rhyming schemes (or lack thereof).  Now we need a youtube of you singing it.
