Are the TulsaNow Administrators sexist?

Someone recently pointed out to me that I have now reached the distinction of being City Father.  Putting aside the fact that it clearly shows I need a life, I am assuming that the terms must have been developed by a man at TulsaNow.  What about City Mother?  

I think City Leader may be a good neutral term.
