Hey, Rico! Thanks for mentioning my name.[Cheesy] Even though I love the look of the hood, I'm really not Maple Ridge stuff. One of them once referred to me as living in one of those "hanger's on homes..." I casually pointed out that my home predates Maple Ridge. My home's builder showed them the way.

Back on topic, does anyone know if there is going to be a sidewalk to get people to the "park"?  If there is one, it looks like it would have to connect to 30th.
