Hard not to chuckle at his appearance.   Perfectly acceptable, but damn dude...you're in Italy, not at an engineering convention in Omaha.  It just screams, 'merica.

... Is that a real picture of him?  I just assumed that someone photoshopped his head onto Rick Steves's body >.>

It was just announced that that block will be leveled for parking in order to allow a new "upscale" retail development on the next block only. Clay Bird says it is "top notch" development. Mayor has always supported the plan as the Italians originally intended that block to be used for surface parking.

The budget office estimates properly tax revenue will decline 33% and sales tax will see 25% less, while the cost of infrastructure and services provided will go up 20%.  It received a stamp of approval as a sound use of tax payer funds and a TIF was implemented.

Also, it was announced that tax revenue would be shifted from the parks department to fix the sub-par streets, pictured above.
