that is interesting.  Looks like a fair number spread out all across Tulsa.  Surprised to see so many in north tulsa.  Also, quite a bit in the jenks/broken arrow area.  Good find.

surprised to see so many in North Tulsa?  seems like a logical place to see a lot.

Don't worry, the government will bail out the people who bought a house they couldn't afford.  Well, or at least bail out the speculators.  Well, maybe just the brokers.  Well, for sure they will bail out the investments banks.

Actually, all I know for sure is that the 99% of Americans who are not in foreclosure and the 90% who did not make poor choices will get nothing.  Ha!  And if we did, we'd only repay it with interest in taxes later.

Slide the scale to only homes over 100k and there are only a few.  slide it further to homes in the 220k and up region and there are only 3.

Makes me suspect of the map.  Let me dig deeper.

foreclosures are foreclosuers.  They are just getting the government feed and putting it on a map.

Some of the prices aren't 100%

One foreclosure I know paid around $115,000 for their house and the foreclosure map says $86,000

Kind of funny that almost everything in north Tulsa goes away if you uncheck studio from the list.

Holy crap, what a fantastic find!

Yeah, north Tulsa is doing bad... but so is Jenks/Bixby, which tends to have the most expensive homes in the metro area.

Now look at Catoosa, Sapulpa, Coweta... they've got the cheapest homes in the area, but they've got the lowest foreclosres.
