Tulsa - # 48 out of 50

...but hey, we beat out OKC...well ok not really.  I think when they get below 40 they're just throwing numbers at cities on a wall.  I don't think there's much of a difference between OKC and Tulsa with regards to sustainability.

It is a fair ranking. They spent some time talking to me and I didn't sugarcoat anything.

I am less concerned about where we are today as to where we rank in a couple of years. I hope we can keep the green momentum going in Tulsa.
