Anybody know what's being built next to the home on the NE corner of 41st and Lewis? When I first saw the steel framing, I thought it was going to be some high-class indoor tennis facility or something. Now that it's covered in metal siding, it's looking more and more like an enormous barn or riding arena. What the heck? Did somebody at the city approve this thing?
When you are who that is....You can do anything....
I thought/think it's going to be an indoor tennis court.
Why it's covered in METAL, I'll never know.
We were wondering the same thing. That looks REALLY out of place in that part of town.
Now that the resident has been hyped up, spill the beans, who is it?

Absolutely horrible.
I think it is a barn. I drove past it on my home from a Homeland food store on 31st and sheridan. BTW that shopping center also has a store that sells old records.[B)]
I thought it was a new pie factory but knew the zoning was not in place.....so, I guess it's a racket court.
could be a garage
Or a hangar!

well it cant be Bumgarner because he said that he only builds "nice classy things not like that trash on memorial" ****er.
I think the pie reference above was the big clue.

Not Bumgarner, they are moving into the penthouse at Utica Place "probably the nicest, new, mixed use development in the city".
I was thinking it was possibly an indoor basketball court. Lots of my clients have them... though they usually make them match the rest of the house. They often make them halfway into the ground so they dont seem quite as large. Definitely could be a racket court though.
I bet if they are raising young tennis stars that will go to 'BAMA![}:)]
I thought that it was going to be an indoor pool.
I think the owner plans on getting a lot of free advertising over oBAMA's presidency.....betting on the come.
I like it! O-Bama Pies made in Tulsa for the Democratic Convention... and for distribution at the White House!
Come on now, let's not be marshalling along any rumors. Wouldn't want to chap someone man!
