Title: Full-service gas stations
Post by: WILLIAM on April 12, 2008, 07:44:52 AM
I can't pump my own gas and need to find a station in the south part of Tulsa that will do that for me.  Please don't flame me... I'm not lazy, just physically challenged.

I don't know of any in South Tulsa but I would bet most stores would accommodate you if they knew the situation. I've seen QT employees (even in the snow) help people pay for gas, pump, etc.

I know it's not south, but if you can't find anywhere else the Texaco at 21st and Lewis has full service pumps.

just like he said, simply hit the button at the pumps and ask for help.  They will gladly come out and assist you.  I have seen them do this numerous times.  I also don't know of a full service gas station in South Tulsa.  There used to be one at 61st and Sheridan on the southeast corner but that is now an enterprise car rental location.

If it's a situation where it's difficult to get in and out of your vehicle, then I would recommend that you find the phone number of the service station that you frequent.....I recommend Quiktrip.....and call from your cell phone while at the pump.

Just let them know what the situation is, and what pump number that you're at.

Keep their number stored in your cell phone, that way you will always have it with you.

All of the employees at every Quiktrip that I've ever been to, are more then willing to help.....at least that's my experience.

Click the following link, and it will take you to a list of just a few of the Quiktrips around town.....along with their phone numbers.
