Title: Rental with garage needed
Post by: WILLIAM on April 09, 2008, 04:28:15 PM
I'm moving to Tulsa soon and I'm hoping to rent an apartment or townhome. I'd prefer midtown or the south metro area or Bixby or Jenks, and it must have an attached garage. Estancia has garages but none are available that are attached. Can anyone suggest a place? Thanks.

Thats a pretty wide range of locales. Maybe if you stated your price range and number of bedrooms people could help. Very few is any apartment complexes will have attached garages. Some Condominium complexes will.

I need at least 2 bedrooms and can pay up to $1500/mo.

there is an apt complex (the name escapes me at the moment, possibly stonegate village) on 81st just east of 169 (about a mile from estancia) that has attached garages.  Also, the Mansions @ riverside (96th and riverside) have attached garages.  the floorplans are the same at both places if I remember correctly.  Might also try Palazzio off of 51st and 129th? I believe.  They are nice, and tend to have more mature tenants.

You will have no trouble at that price.

You might consider a condo or duplex as opposed to an apartment however.
