Is it getting more acceptable and common for men to have facial adjustments. For that matter turkey necks also corrected? Have any of you guys had stuff done that you would care to discuss.

I get regular facials and microdermabrasion, but I'm not likely to go under the knife. I feel like that is usually too obvious... And I try to appreciate the concept that men get better looking with a little "character". I don't mind some wrinkles. Of course, my tune might change once I get a turkey neck.
I have never had anything done. But now that I am into my 40s and my face is starting to look a bit "tired", I have begun thinking about having some microdermabrasion and wonder about products with retinol and some of the other "will make y0ur skin younger and healthier" products that are now out there. What works, what is hype. As for surgery, I suppose it depends on the circumstance and the individual and how they feel. I have seen people that I think some minor "touch-up" would actually have a dramatic improvement. Others, that shouldnt have bothered. I doubt that just getting rid of the old turkey neck is one of those adjustments that would ever look over done or would be a negative. Its often one that really does offer, from what I have seen, a good improvement. But again, all depends on the person and their circumstances.

LOL - you look older just from telling that joke.
I can see a guy that is in a business where looking fresh would be important having work done.
I have a friend that has been a smoker all his life (57) and had his facial skin tightened. Cripes now we hardly recognize him.
Have another friend whose wife went through this procedure and she looks great and several years younger. It appears it is all about the doctor and his skill as in most things.
I have objectionable neck skin looseness that makes it had to wear a tie and not be self conscious. Been thinking about getting this corrected just for my peace of mind and esteem. Any of you guys had this done?
