Trees growing out of them?

They look like Hawaiian tiki's?

They are phallic?

you were right the first time.  But what is cool is that both trees are roughly the same size...maybe not the same species, but they pretty much grew in tandem.

And how many people can say they have their own "tree garage"?

Also looks similar to a side-on view of the main fuel tank and solid booster for the space shuttle.

The largest tree-out-of-silo that I know of it just North of Joplin on 71, on the West side of the road.  It is apperently a lot more common then one would think.  I imagine the growth of such a tree would be stunted for many years.

Did you find these trees or did you just come across the picture?
