Title: Another Survey!? What's in it for me?
Post by: Im calling you out on February 07, 2008, 09:47:16 AM
To increase business I have been learning about coupon shopping for consumer's.  I have been feeling out so many surveys.  How do you feel about surveys and what is in it for you?

QT has a great thing going where you fill out a survey and you get a coupon for a free item (the item changes each time). I think that is a proper exchange rate. Don't give something like a 50% off coupon unless you're only asking them to fill out half the survey.

I usually don't mind surveys.  If I feel my input can help alter something to my liking there is an automatic advantage in it for me.  If I never told the TV networks their shows suck, I never would have gotten American Gladiators back.

I remember that Burger Street years ago sometimes sent coupons for a free burger for filling out thier survey card. I always had a coupon in my work van back then. Albertson's does a free loaf of french bread for doing theirs.

They may only take a minute of my time but, there are so many! Nearly every receipt says "call and you may win" ...big deal!I don't even look at them anymore. I have become desensitized to the whole procedure.
grizz hit the nail on the head imo, a free item in return is fair.[xx(]

I never get asked for surveys. They want average people. I am always way above or way below average.

My bell curve is a circle.

So is my learning curve.
