I hope Berkly does loose their funding.Granting a free license to a degenerate anti-American group such a codepink to harass our marines, treat the marines as though they were sex offenders and literally sending them a letter they are unwelcome in Berkly is despicable. This is no better than how the anti-war scum in the 60s and 70s treated our vets.

Honestly, Berkley's big mouth temper-tantrum is about as dumb and pointless as a ban on green m&m's. If they think they are so smart and righteous why don't they find something productive to scream about.[:(!]

The Berkeley city council just reinforced the image of rabid left wingers hating the military and those who serve. The resolution was short sighted and politically stupid as a stand against the war in Iraq.

If they really wanted to make a "support the troops but hate the war statement" as the Mayor claims. Go help disabled veterans in the No Cal area and call attention to problems there. You get to help patriots who served while bringing a black eye to the administration for the war at the same time.
