They've been announcing the launch of the redesign for a couple weeks or so...

wow just a couple of hours ago I got the old site. New sites looks rather nice, but not fully finished in spots

Seems like an obvious oversight, but the KOTV name/logo seems to be nowhere on the site. Absolutley nothing to tie the station in with the website other than "NewsOn6" which narrows it down to a few dozen stations in North America.

I like it a lot, actually.  Nice and clean, not blaring at you like every other TV portal site. A refreshing lack of Fox-ification.  Though, as sgrizzle said, they're gonna want to find a place for their logo.

That's funny, 'cause now it looks more like the FOX23 site (with the slideshow dissolve) but without all the tabloid gossip clutter and better fonts.
Being able to look up archived stories is nice, and they keep it updated throughout the day.

No more large clickable images for articles, smaller and VERY POORLY resized images in everything else... almost unworkable, awful front page news slideshow thingy that only loads when the page is active.

I'd say the page is about 50% as functional as the old one and crappy looking filler has replaced actual useful images that I used to go to the site to see. Good job KOTV..

The new site is a package from a major vendor. That is why nothing matches anything else and it has nothing in common with the old site.

Loads slow (annoying slideshows and animations are the bandwidth killer) so dialup users are shut out.
Awful navigation to local news, then the choices are much less.  Photos are only thumbnails.
Comments lead to another commercial site.

Yeah, it blows.  The old one was pretty good.  Now KTUL gets the nod for the best one.

It's a very oddly developed site, and it's not even centered. The main nav is full of <span>'s, and there are many other random coding oddities all over the place. Either they only used one stylesheet for all browsers or their coders need to brush up on some CSS2/3
