Call 806-6000 to request a refund due to the ice storm. I've heard of refunds ranging from $17 - $48.
They should refund a prorated rate based on how long you were out. Based on that I might only be due around $7.

I told them mine was not. They gave me a credit.
My cable/internet was out long before my power and loooong after. I think we had around $70-$80 credited.
Just called. They gave me credit for 4 days.
I should have told them that due to the writer's strike, I haven't been happy with my cable service and requested a few more days.
