Interesting that there is no real correlation between liberal/conservative, tough drinking laws or not, happening or dull...
Interesting mix looking at the top 10 and lowest 10 cities. Seems there are more "best places to live" "hip" cities in the worst 10 than the best 10. However there are definite, opposite exceptions in both categories.
