We are closing in on 2,000 posters signed up.
We have had 52,000 different posts in 5,900 topics.
Many of those topics have been viewed over 10,000 times and a couple of them 20,000 times.
Many of us start our day with TulsaNow. This morning I checked and 20 of us had logged on between 6:30 and 7:30 and we consistently had five times that listed as guests viewing posts.
On a personal note, Sgrizzle is the most posted (he uses a blackberry while driving) and Conan has passed me for number two (I am now known for quality, not quantity).
I constatntly run into people who comment to me about things I have posted. Every single media source in Tulsa has someone who reads this forum and many a story is either here first or discussed more in depth.
We are having a good time here on TulsaNow. It is a great source of information and amusement. Please talk us up more to your friends. We need more posters just like a good library always needs new books.

Well, you are catching up. I couldn't possibly post as many times as I did in the days of way back.
A long long time ago, I could easily post up to 10 new "news-based" threads in a day. Can't do that now, other people catch that stuff, I'm very grateful.

Long story. I started as Neptune, after a few months I was drafted into the Mod-Squad, so Neptune turned to the color green. People complained about anonymous mods and such, changed names, and used my real name (MichaelC) as a mod nick, and Neptune to post.
