Hustler's Larry Flynt Ready to Out US Senator

It seems that Larry Flynt is ready to spill some really expensive beans - somewhere around $1 million, to be exact.
Larry Flynt, editor and publisher of Hustler magazine, just told FOX Business Network's Neil Cavuto that he's "hoping to expose a bombshell" that will stand "Washington and the country on its head." Within the next week or two, he says his magazine will expose a sex scandal of huge proportions involving a prominent United States Senator. Flynt refused to comment on the senator's political affiliation, but alluded that he or she is a Republican.
I hope it is not one of ours...we get enough grief about Inhofe and Coburn as it is.
Ohhh Senators have sex. Big F'ing deal. I can't understand why people make such a big deal out of the fact that our elected officials are just as perverted as the rest of us.
I've got money on Mitch McConnell or Inhofe.

It is because we don't see them as real people.
They have to lead such diferent lives and we only really only know about them what their campaign people want us to know.
We expect some famous people to be perverted...rock stars and movie stars for example. But the people preaching or debating values are seen to be neutered in our minds.

It's not about sex, per se, it's about hypocrisy. Flynt has information on dozens of pols, but he only exposes "family values" conservatives who cannot practice what they preach. If a guy claims that his middle name is Virtue, then he's fair game. I have no problem with it.

Then why not expose all of them? Why only expose the ones he disagrees with?
Flynt's only going to expose those that he actually has the goods on. He's well-acquainted with libel law; he's making sure he has everything verified before he goes public.
Plus he likes exposing sanctimonious hypocrites. Not that I blame him.

I know what it means. I just find it interesting that he seems to get such joy out of exposing those on the right wing when he probably has just as much info about those on the left.
That is being a hypocrite to me. If you are going to expose those on one side, expose them on both.
I have no particular love for either side of the extremes of the political spectrum and wish the country and its politicians would move back toward the middle.
