Title: Discussion Panel
Post by: altruismsuffers on October 24, 2007, 02:46:01 PM
TulsaTruth.org is considering hosting a 9/11 panel discussion for their next event on November 26th.  We would like to have at least one skeptic join the panel.  Would any of you consider putting your beliefs to the challenge in an open forum debate held at the Hardesty library?  This will be a peaceful debate, open to the public, and open to public Q and A.

I love a good debate. [:D]

I'd love to see you and IPLaw go at it live and in person.

If it weren't on my birthday, I might just show up.

Other than the alleged 20 millimeter cannon shell holes caused by the U.S. ANG F-16 fighter aircraft cannon fire inflicted on a non-responsive United Flight #93, what can we possibly learn from a 9-11 panel?

9-11.

It happened.

All Sons of Radical Islam must DIE!

What do we do with their women?

They breed future Jihadists.........

Ideas?

A debate would just confer legitimacy on people who deserve none.  They deserve only to me marginalized and ridiculed for their lack of open-mindedness.  They are fools who refuse to concede defeat in the face of overwhelming evidence.

I wouldn't waste my time.  He's proven over and over again that he neither wants a debate or dialogue about the topic.  He's made up his mind and just wants other skulls full of mush to infect.

Maybe he should take a note from Bill Maher, even a notrious Bush hater like him can't stand da Troofers.

I guess ultimately it would be like trying to convince a person who thinks he's the Easter Bunny that he's not...no thanks.

Why did I even think of looking in this cesspool for anyone to debate?  We got about 10 wanna be Bill O'Reillys in this place that can't go 5 minutes without someone saying something that a fifth grader would better relate to then any adult.

You and your kind are not interested in debate.

What you are interested in is getting one or two people to attend your panel who do not share your beliefs so that you can then shout them down and make yourselves feel superior because you "put them in their place."

And before you ask....yes I have read quite a bit about the so called 9/11 conspiracies and found them all to be about factually based as a bad Sci-Fi channel original movie.

How long will the panel last? Will there be a moderator? What kind of ground rules are there?  What kind of AV?

Alt, just out of curiosity, how did you feel about the documentary on History Channel about the 9/11 troof movement?  They gave equal time to both sides and pretty much allowed the viewer to draw their own conclusions.

How could any rational person, after seeing a side-by-side comparison, believe all this conspiracy crap you and your ilk continue to spew.

I don't mind discusions of fantasy, I just prefer them to be of a sexual nature between my wife and I, not paranoid vast government conspiracies.

I have a great idea for you... why don't you have your debate at Keplinger Hall at TU instead.  You could have field questions from the faculty and student body from the engineering school.  I'm sure you'd feel right at home there with your vast knowledge of the sciences and engineering.

Just say the word and I can hook you up with any number of professors from the ME department.

Didn't we go over this before?

I'm pretty sure when you posted info on "da twoof" the other 3 times I spent significant time linking to diagrams, findings, architectural accounts, engineering reports and first hand accounts of what happened.  As well as the obvious "sniff test" of THE LARGEST CONSPIRACY EVER (South Park Voice).  Dear god, it isn't even a good conspiracy by definition (fails on too many levels, a good conspiracy should be simple and unprovable not utterly complex and debunked by Popular Science).

You consistently failed to reply in a meaningful way to any of the evidence I posted nor even the logic of the entire situation.  Step 1:  blow up own buildings.  Step 3:  Profit!  We havent seen step 3 yet, so we must be in the middle of step 2.  Whatever that is.

Hey troothie flakes,

The Federal Government can't even fake a single, simple press conference without getting caught and looking stupid.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21490838/

And you really think, even leaving science, reason and common sense aside, that the feds are competent enough to pull something like faking an attack off and then keep it secret?

Really?

The U.S. gov't can't keep secrets.

Some retired gov't stooge would have come forward w/ the evidence you seek to prove the troof behind 9/11 by now, if there were any such thing.
