Does anyone know when the Copelands at  3302 West Kenosha Street will open for business.  I want to check out their po boys and their gumbo.

The site just says "opening soon"

I actually don't know the date because they are taking their sweet time. Plus I'm spending too much time stalking Chipotle's.
