it is in BA, and like the list above I DON'T consider it an attraction. it is a facility or an ammenity MAYBE. An attraction is something like the jenks aquarium...something so unique for the area that one would drive 100s of miles to go see it. The arena fails to qualify because it is just one of many arenas around the state.
Chapman Stadium at Skelly Field.
(it's a ~$50,000,000 project with all private money)
Don't forget Mayo 420, which is the loft project in the Mayo Building, not the Mayo Hotel.
The upcoming National Preservation Conference to be held in Tulsa October 21-25, 2008. The Conference is the premier educational and networking event for community leaders, volunteers, and staff of the historic preservation movement. Tulsa was chosen over competing cities, San Antonio and Austin, in part for its downtown art deco architectural showcase created by visionary oil men, its cultural blending embracing its heritage of western and Native American cultures and for Tulsa’s recent preservation efforts through community revitalization and enrichment projects(thanks to those pesky naysayers). The conference will provide all-important know-how, innovative ideas, and inspiration for those interested in saving America’s historic places and revitalizing communities.

If it were legal - at the Mayo, and in Tulsa - THAT would be an attraction that people would drive hundreds of miles for.
Talk about tax revenue! Dude.
