...according to this study (//%22http://www.bizjournals.com/specials/pages/13.html%22). Tulsa ranked 19th out of the largest 53 cities in the US. OKC ranked 29th. I'm pretty sure they used the city-proper population, not the metro population. Cities such as Detroit and St. Louis would have probably ranked higher if their metro areas were included.

Hey now....I'm getting ready to build a new house in Bixby and I have 3 Bachelor's Degrees and a Masters.
I guess that means I will be their King.

well you better tell them to start charging tax or you wont have any water lines or other infrastructure run to the house. Just kidding though, there are a LOT of doctors/lawyers/etc moving to Bixby

Actually where we are building is just outside of Bixby's city limits on Sheridan between 181st and 191st. Rural water, county roads(that are well maintained so there must be a commisioner living around there), and a rural electric co-op.
