An off the grid  green historical renovation (//%22http://video.msn.com/v/us/fv/msnbc/fv.htm??g=9823fd17-21f3-4060-b3da-9adf9183e79f&f=05&fg=rss%22) with adaptive reuse of the building.

Very nice use of the building.  I especially like the radiant heating and tankless water heater.
One thing I hate, though, are the compact fluorescent bulbs.  They put off a harsh, ugly light and I can't stand them.  They might save energy, but until they make the light less harsh, I'm refusing to use them.  For now, I'll stick to my Reveal light bulbs.

Also, I'd like to call that place "Innspirational" [:P].

My only real complaints with CFL is the delay in lighting (sometimes I flip the switch twice thinking the bulb is out) and the fact they do not work well with anything other than a standard 2-pole or 3 pole switch. I, being of sound mind and geekiness, have lights on dimmers and motion control devices. On the motion control switches, the lights come on and flicker very badly. My third complaint is that they need to put some cfl lights in a round cover to look more conventional for decorative fixtures. Maybe even tint them like DScott's reveal bulbs. I use halogen, cfl, and incandescent. All depends on the application.

Oh, and the inn looks nice too. :)
