We've discussed the dirt movig going on at the main mall, but I noticed a crew working in the vacant 6th & cincinatti building. All of the trash has been cleared out and they were cleaning and polishing the floors.

Progress?

Sounds like progress to me.

I've noticed a little impatience about Kanbar lately.. I don't know how fast you all expected him to move exactly, but I think he's been doing fine. It's only been a year or so since he bought everything, hasn't it?

I believe that hold up has more to do with the City on the Vision 2025 DT housing proposal timeing than anything else.
