Title: Scantily Clad Shopper

Sorry, I don't know how to post the photos!  But in my opinion, this is hardly outraging public decency.  Sure, chubby guys probably shouldn't wear skin-tight shorts, but there's nothing revealing here.  Nothing to see.  Just move along.  Move along.

Tulsa Police have turned over an unusual case to the District Attorney's office. They say a man who's been wearing revealing clothing in stores, should be charged with outraging public decency.

A woman saw a man in a craft store. She says he stayed in the same spot for 45 minutes. Another woman says she saw the man twice in one week in two different stores. Mary says once, he was wearing red thong underwear under sheer tights, a shirt and shoes. That time, she called Tulsa Police. "They apparently went right into the store after I called and were watching surveillance and watched him approach a younger girl in the card area in a very obscene manner."

Tulsa Police say the man appeared to be lurking around women, rather than shopping. They say his pants were in his car. He has not yet been arrested or charged.

He'll need that fat to keep from developing frost bite.  Gosh, this raises issues of public domain.  I guess you are fair game for a photograph anytime you are outside your house.  Did this run as a breaking news story on the evening news?  It's hard to decide what's more compelling:  Seeing someone humiliated or the career moves of high school football coaches.

Welcome back to Oklahoma, Hometown!  I saw a story about this on local CBS Ch. 6.  It must be ratings time of the year, for then all the local news stations are full of sex offender, sensational sex-themed stories.
